Stonecare take great care in selection of stone material however we use 100% natural materials, as such, some of these materials may contain natural blemishes, colour variations and pitting. We reserve the right to treat, repair and use these materials when necessary.
Any price quoted is based on the information supplied. Any changes to the dimensions of your work top found at templating could result in a change to the quote.
Templating and Installation
We require the following before Templating & Installation;- Carcasses completed. Bases units fully secured and levelled. All information on hobs & sinks must be available including manufacturers templates for cut outs & tap hole sizes. We require good access to site Stonecare will supply 2 fitters. Installation of large worktops or where access is limited we may require to ask for additional help from the customer otherwise an additional cost may be incurred.
Delays to Fitting
Stonecare cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays which may occur during delivery, we will however, in the unlikely event of this happening endeavour to rearrange a date for delivery and fitting at a time convenient to you. We can only offer an expected time and cannot accept any liability from any loss incurred from any delay in delivering our product. If we are forced to make an extra journey because no one is available to receive us at the property or the kitchen/bathroom is not ready we reserve the right to charge for any additional costs to cover an aborted fit.
Trade Account customers – 30 days from when the invoice is sent. Private/Non trade account customers – Balance due on completion.
All materials supplied remain the property of Stonecare until full and final payment has been acknowledged.
- If templating has taken place £150 will be charged.
- On orders where corian/granite/marble/quartz materials, which are not part of our stock range, have been bought in, no refunds will be given.
- No refunds will be given once manufacture has commenced.
